The home was built by award-winning Waco builder Pat Hambrick and WRE Development Group, LLC. Tour hours are Friday from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon-5 p.m.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is 1,820 square feet and includes energy-efficient features, an open-concept living and dining room, craft molding, raised ceilings, and custom cabinetry. It is priced at $362,000.

Pat and Phil along with Phil's father, Othel Neely, began the project on several acres of Neely family land that dates back to the founding of the city of Hewitt by John Allison Warren in 1893. While Othel passed away before the project was complete, Garden Homes of Warren Park leaves a rich legacy of family and Texas history.
