Having spent the last 7 years in and around the startup space, including being a founder herself, JJ was intrigued by what she saw was missing when it came to successful leadership. She observed that most leaders aren't given any support when it comes to their transition into leadership, and as a result often find themselves unequipped and facing serious bouts of imposter syndrome.
