Women’s Travel Blog Releases New End Of Summer Guide With Cornhole As An Option

Go Girl Guides has released a new guide for end of summer activities including cornhole.

Go! Girl Guides is a travel blog that publishes travel guides and activity ebooks for women. The blog features stories that are aimed at empowering women to travel the world. This is through inspiring stories ad simple-to-follow travel guides. Recently, the blog has released a new post that provides a guide on how to enjoy the end of summer. The guide suggests a number of things that can be done towards the end of summer and cornhole showed up.

According to the post, “In Finland it’s Mölkky, where I’m from in the States it’s Cornhole (a.k.a. bean bag toss). This game entails throwing cornhole bags into the holes of a slightly angled board to gain points. And there is probably a different game where you live. Gather a group and create a tournament. Whatever you’re into, you can usually find someone else who is into it too.”

A major cornhole products seller, Backyard Games USA, also provides guides that people interested in the game can use especially when starting. According to the cornhole bag and board seller, “You need to have the Cornhole boards and bags. You will also need a flat surface to place the boards. This can be the beach, parking lot, but a lawn works best. The space you find should allow a 27 foot distance between the front edges of the two boards. The game can accommodate 2 and 4 players. In a 2 player game, if you throw your first bag on the board’s left side, you will walk directly to the other board and throw the next bag on it’s right side. If the game has 4 players, players of the same team will be throwing directly opposite each other.”
