PrimeTime Events of SW Florida Launches New Website and Adds Equipment to Enhance Their Casino Party Rentals

It was a busy past month for those at PrimeTime Events of SW Florida. They not only added a wider selection of equipment to help their customers put on a better casino night experience but they managed to launch a new and improved website at the same time. This Fort Myers, FL-based company has a long-standing reputation as one that’s committed to its customers and last month's actions offer further proof of that.

The company spokesperson, Kim McDill, says, “October certainly was a busy time for us at PrimeTime Events. In addition to helping host many casino themed events, we decided to also upgrade our website and add some great new equipment to our casino gaming inventory. We are always looking for ways to make it simpler for our clients to work with us and help improve the casino-based events that they put on. The staff at our company feels these two October happenings went a long way toward meeting those lofty customer satisfaction goals.”

McDill went on to say that their existing website has been totally redesigned. Part of that was making it extremely user friendly. She says they accomplished that by simplifying drop-down menus, getting click-throughs to take customers to the exact information they are looking for, and by cutting down on the amount of text to read. They also made sure that the website was more visually appealing and gives their customers several different ways to contact them. The company spokesperson added that the feedback that they have received on the improved website from their customers has been overwhelmingly positive.

According to McDill, the new equipment that they purchased for their casino party rentals is very similar to the type of equipment that can be found on the floor of big-time Vegas casinos. She says they decided to do this because they believe that the better the equipment that they can provide for someone hosting a casino party the more immersive that casino event will be for those that attend. This will not only add to the enjoyment for those guests but should help with any fundraising event’s bottom line too.

The company spokesperson also talked about how their casino party night equipment fits in well with several different occasions. This includes such events as client appreciation parties, sales meetings, retirement celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, grand openings, and public and private school fundraisers. She added that their casino equipment includes such popular gaming tables as those that are used to play roulette, poker, blackjack, and craps. The company even has portable slots that they can set up at any casino party for even more fun. McDill says that they will not only help their customers staff the casino events they are putting on but they can work with the company’s event specialists to plan how to get the most out of their casino night parties. She stated that because of the current virus spread, they are also enacting steps that make the casino nights they help host much safer for the guests that partake in them.

Those who have chosen Prime Time Events to help put on their casino night parties have been extremely pleased with the results. Michele says, “We just concluded our first church fundraiser. The event by far exceeded our expectations! Our guests can’t stop talking about how much they enjoyed the fun-filled evening! We were extremely pleased with the staffing, quality of equipment, pricing, and ease of working with PTE. This will definitely be an annual event for many years!” Nancy stated, “Thank you and your crew for the professional “casino” experience. We were able to raise over $9,266 for area hospice care.”

For those in Ft. Myers and other SW Florida locales that are interested in putting on casino night parties as a fundraiser or as a way to put a unique spin on any party setting, McDill says they can contact them by phone or email. She says customers can also get a casino party quote by filling out the form that’s found on their website’s ‘contact us’ page.
