FirstPoint Background Screening Resources Announces Acquisition of Resolve Partners, LLC

Greensboro, NC based FirstPoint Background Screening Resources, Inc. (www.firstpointscreening.com) is pleased to announce that effective February 1, 2022, they have acquired the assets of Resolve Partners, LLC. Since 1949, FirstPoint has been a leading national provider of information and operations services. FirstPoint and Resolve share a commitment and understand the importance of providing outstanding customer service along with accurate and timely background screening reports.

“Resolve Partners has an excellent reputation in the tenant screening community,” states Mark Prince, President and CEO of FirstPoint. “The combination of Resolve’s tenant screening operation with FirstPoint’s tenant and employment screening business is a natural fit that will enhance the value of the services we provide our current and future clients,” Mr. Prince continues.
